Is it really free? Yes for university & government scientists, and every plan includes a free trial. See Pricing & real costs.

Where is my data stored? On our shared infrastructure during the trial, then on your own database + storage, or our managed cluster. See Data integrity & liability.

Can I use my own AI model? Yes — Team/Enterprise workspaces bring their own Claude or OpenAI key in Admin → AI. Free individuals get AI on us.

How do I get a support@ address / custom domain? Company workspaces can use a nexteln.com subdomain (default) or connect their own domain in Settings → Domain.

How do I export everything? Admin → Archive → Export my data now.
