How to sign up for NextELN

1. Go to nexteln.com and click Start free / Create account.
2. Enter your email, name, password, and organization. Pick your workspace address — your team's home on {name}.nexteln.com (you can change it later, or connect your own domain).
3. Click Create account. We email you a verification link — click it to activate.
4. You land in your new workspace with a starter notebook. Invite lab members from Admin → Users and assign roles (owner, manager, member, viewer).

Free trial

Your workspace starts free on our shared infrastructure (a storage cap or time limit, whichever comes first — see Pricing & real costs). Before storing important data, move to your own database + storage: see the setup guide.

Signing in later

Return to nexteln.com → Sign in, or your workspace address (e.g. yourlab.nexteln.com).

Exporting your data any time

Owners/managers can download a full backup zip at Admin → Archive → Export my data now. Long- inactive workspaces are archived automatically and the owner emailed a download link.
